Exchange Eligibility & Timeline
You may request an exchange for any Sheikh Sadi Lifestyle product within 7 days from the date of physical showroom purchase or parcel receipt. Whether you need a different size, a color variation, or wish to select an alternate design from our current collection, we will gladly assist you.
Required Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn & Unwashed: The garment must be in its original, brand-new condition with no signs of wear, stains, body odor, or perfume.
- Tags & Packaging Intact: Original brand labels, hangtags, collar supports, and packaging must remain attached and unbent.
- Proof of Purchase: Please present the original purchase invoice, showroom receipt, or order confirmation number.
How to Process Your Exchange
Simply bring the unworn product with receipt to any of our 10 nationwide retail showrooms (e.g. Jamuna Future Park, Dhanmondi, Uttara). Our showroom staff will facilitate an immediate size swap or alternate design exchange on the spot.
If you received your product via courier delivery, send a message to our official WhatsApp helpline with your order number and desired replacement size. Once received and inspected at our central hub, your replacement will be dispatched promptly.
Defective or Incorrect Item Protocol
While every product undergoes rigorous three-tier quality control checks prior to showroom display or dispatch, in the rare event of a fabric defect, stitching error, or incorrect size delivery, Sheikh Sadi Lifestyle will bear 100% of all return shipping costs and provide an immediate priority replacement.
Non-Exchangeable Categories
- Custom-tailored or specially altered garments customized at customer request.
- Fragrance bottles, Attar, or lifestyle accessories where the tamper-evident protective seal has been broken (due to hygiene reasons).
- Items explicitly marked as Clearance Final Sale.
